PT | Uma teia invisível liga céu e terra, conectando o efêmero ao concreto, o imaterial ao tangível. aranha-céu é uma jornada visual que captura essa dualidade por meio de experimentações com filmes analógicos e fotografias que sofrem a ação do tempo. imagens se dissolvem, transformam-se, desaparecem e ressurgem, revelando a impermanência como um fio condutor entre os opostos. a transformação das imagens reflete a impermanência e deseja propor um olhar sobre a interseção entre o etéreo e o terreno.

Entre luz e sombra, presença e ausência, o vídeo convida o espectador a atravessar camadas de memória e percepção, desvendando o que existe entre o céu que observamos e a terra que nos sustenta.

ENG | An invisible web links heaven and earth, connecting the ephemeral to the concrete, the immaterial to the tangible. arranha-céu is a visual journey that captures this duality through experimentation with analog films and photographs that have suffered the action of time. images dissolve, transform, disappear and reappear, revealing impermanence as a common thread between opposites. The transformation of the images reflects impermanence and aims to propose a look at the intersection between the ethereal and the earthly.

Between light and shadow, presence and absence, the video invites the viewer to traverse layers of memory and perception, uncovering what exists between the sky we observe and the earth that sustains us.

PT | Larissa Antunes nasceu em Vitória, Brasil, em 1995. Em 2015, iniciou o curso de Direito na Faculdade de Direito de Vitória, onde se formou. No meio dos seus estudos na área das humanidades, retomou a sua atividade artística. Em 2021, mudou-se para Lisboa, Portugal, onde está a estudar pintura no último ano da Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa. O seu trabalho é influenciado pelo seu conhecimento dos direitos humanos e ambientais e, recorrendo à fotografia e ao vídeo, mergulha na investigação do tempo como agente invisível, explorando as suas marcas e memórias, refletindo sobre a aceleração e as suas consequências na vida contemporânea.

ENG | Larissa Antunes was born in Vitória, Brazil, in 1995. In 2015, she started her law degree at the Vitória Faculty of Law, where she graduated. In the midst of her studies in the humanities, she resumed her artistic activity. In 2021, she moved to Lisbon, Portugal, where she is studying painting in her final year at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon. Her work is influenced by her knowledge of human and environmental rights and, using photography and video, it delves into the investigation of time as an invisible agent, exploring its marks and memories, reflecting on acceleration and its consequences in contemporary life.
