PT | Feilin fotografa crianças que brincam e captura os seus momentos de maior descontração, em que são elas, com seus gestos naturais, que compõem a fotografia.

A janela é o reflexo do onírico mundo interior da criança e a fotografia é uma janela de onde se entrevê a possibilidade desse mundo. Durante a residência, a artista abrirá muitas janelas sobre esses mundos que habitam as crianças de Lisboa, e revelará possibilidades que descobre e sonha.

Feilin revela camadas de possibilidades fortuitas na câmara escura. Na primeira, revela o negativo fotográfico que transporta a vitalidade do mundo primordial da criança. Na segunda camada, uma transparência, desenha os contornos que, do fundo da sua própria interioridade, vê ou imagina nesse imperscrutável mundo do outro lado, diante de uma janela. Num mundo exterior onde a hostilidade por vezes ofusca, amplia, com a ajuda de crianças, esse inalienável atributo da pessoa humana que nelas se reconhece mais facilmente: uma existência interior completa, única e inestimável que vive e que sonha.

The window is a reflection of the child's dreamlike inner world and the photograph is a window from which to glimpse the possibility of that world. During the residency, the artist will open many windows onto these worlds inhabited by the children of Lisbon, and reveal the possibilities she discovers and dreams of.

Feilin reveals layers of fortuitous possibilities in the darkroom. In the first, she reveals the photographic negative that carries the vitality of the child's primordial world. In the second layer, a transparency, she draws the contours that, from the depths of her own interior world, she sees or imagines in that inscrutable world on the other side, in front of a window. In an outside world where hostility sometimes overshadows, she magnifies, with the help of children, that inalienable attribute of the human person that is most easily recognized in them: a complete, unique and priceless inner existence that lives and dreams.
